Why is Daredevil the only one doing anything about the Sons of the Serepent's corrupt hold over New York's entire legal system and more? You'd think Spider-Otto and Mayor J. Jonah Jameson would be concerned at the very least.

It’s a Daredevil story. The idea that every character should be considered in every story is one of those aspects that makes a shared universe a detriment.
