About the numbering debate. Why do you think that when Marvel Now comics were released in Spain as well as other european countries I've been to they didn't renumber the series at the same time? Panini just uses the old numbering and continues like nothing happened, the only difference is that it says Marvel Now on the cover.

If that works for them and in their marketplaces, then great! Though they also have the advantage of not having to underwrite the material.
