Well, it's nice to see Bendis address the fact a character is meant to be dead and promise to explain it. I'm not sure I have faith in him, considering you and him still haven't even bothered to even hint at how Jessica Drew got her powers back.

Jessica Drew got her powers back exactly the way it was shown in NEW AVENGERS. The Skrull Queen needed those powers intact within her so that she could duplicate them as part of her impersonation.
