When a character gets brought back to life... is it due to a writer who has a great pitch for the character so you let it happen or is it the opposite and you/an editor wants to bring someone back and you ask the writers if anyone has a good idea? Or both? Any examples? Hope that makes some since. Just curious on how/when you guys decide to bring people back.
