Is Marvel serious with the new Ms. Marvel book? I started reading it in the store to see what the buzz is all about and the first dialogue is about the new Ms. Marvel having the choice to either eat bacon or not and then someone started talking about honor kills if someone doesn't wear the "headscarf" ... What in hells name? I'm speechless. That book is already trying hard and stereotyping the crap out of actual references. I'll eat a broom stick if it doesn't bomb in the next few months.

To each their own.
I might suggest that reading a page or two in the store doesn’t really equate to having read or experienced the story in its entirety, or under reasonable reading conditions.
