  • I read the latest Alan Moore interview, including more of his "adults should not enjoy super-heroes" statements. While I otherwise love his work (including, not surprisingly, a metric ton of super-heroes written exclusively for adults...), as a 46-year-old college professor with a Master's Degree in Literature (focusing on Mediaeval/Renaissance), I want to thank you for continuing to give us heroes that adults and kids can both enjoy, and that can inspire us through our lives.

    I haven’t read the piece, so I don’t know the context in which Alan is speaking. But on the face of it, that’s a pretty absurd statement, particularly given Alan’s own body of work.
