You're the worst! Just kidding. But seriously, is there any point where you will be concerned with the long term viability of releasing so many Avengers titles? At some point there is a saturation of characters and situations to the point where people simply get jaded. I imagine that's why despite the fact that they are so successful, Marvel isn't planning an Avenger related movie every three weeks...
I’m concerned about this all the time, which is why we go to such lengths to try to make sure that every title has its own raison detre, its own mission statement that is distinct from the others. But on the other hand, releasing a bevy of titles featuring the characters and concepts hasn’t hurt the X-Men over the years. And if Marvel Studios could mount another AVENGERS film in less time than it takes, don’t you think that they would?
