Is this more of a discussion forum or a lecture? It just seems that there's an air of "we know everything we're doing is 100% right and you dissenters just don't get it." Honestly, Tom, the movies are kind of driving the bus these days, aren't they? Maybe the comic print strategy is a bit off in terms of how you approach the audience, both new and established? I'm not saying you or Marvel are definitively wrong but you don't even seem to allow for the possibility...
