  • Tom, I noticed a creator musing on Twitter, I think it was John Layman, that readers seem to follow marvel creators to creator owned books, more so than DC, and I agree. Why exactly do you think that is, if you think so at all?

    How many DC creators can you think of who’ve gone on to do similar creator-owned books?

    I think that’s the source of any disparity, not any sort of brand loyalty or anything. There just simply aren’t as many creators who are associated with DC and who have recently launched creator-owned titles.
