Thanks for your time, Tom. I was wondering if Luke Cage is considered a founding member of the New Avengers and has the same rights and privileges as the original founders? Classic fans have argued to me he has no rights to form his own team with the main team's blessing and he isn't an Avenger.
Well, let’s deal with the second part first. Luke clearly is an Avenger, a respected one, and he clearly has the right to form his own team, as we’ve seen. But I don’t think that anybody outside of the original six characters count as founders.
