  • Pure curiosity, but how often would you say a writer or artist begins work on a project, and then realizes it's not working? Us fans often hear about rejected pitches, but usually projects aren't announced far enough in advance for us fans to even know when a creative change has happened behind the scenes (well, at Marvel anyway). I feel like it must happen semi-regularly though. Am I correct?

Not semi-regularly, no, in that we all tend to be pretty good at what we do. but it is a circumstance that happens every once in a while. And in those instances, you just deal with it the best that you can.
