  • I recall that in an interview one of the makers of Lego Marvel Superheroes said that their was a character they wanted to include but couldn't because of rights issues, and he said he would get in trouble if he revealed it (though fans have a big hunch of who it is). How exactly would people being aware of who owns the videogame rights to a character most of the general population have never heard of be a big deal? I could understand if it were movie rights, but not video games to one character

    It’s all the same thing: we do not make the specifics of any of our business dealings public. While our fans are interested in everything that we do, it’s not really anybody’s business save those parties who are involved.
