Oh, Tom, when that guy said, "tom, hope you choke to death on turkey," he really meant that he hoped you choked to death IN Turkey, so that--since it is the Christmas season--St. Nicholas, who was from what is now Turkey, could heal you more easily than anywhere else. See, he was really trying to be nice! :)
