At least Didio knows who his market is - people with enough disposable income to buy his product - and he goes about trying to please them. Maybe you could learn something from him as you and a few of your writers/editors spend too much time insulting and alienating your paying customers.

I love my paying customers and our long-time fans. I just want and expect to have a business left when they all inevitably die off. No insult meant–but why is it that some fans get so lathered up when you point out that they’re not the be-all and end-all of everything we do?
