Tom - Now that many employees at DC have had to decide if they want to go West, do you have any reaction to the move or how it might affect the industry? First, I really hope that any employees who wanted to go were offered a position and any that choose to remain in the East find employment and security as soon as possible. A situation like this can be tough on families. I do hope the move results in new ideas and directions within the DCU and that the maxim "changes is good" proves true.
I don’t think the move will have much impact on the industry at all. DC will continue to be DC, and will continue to ship DC Comics every week, merely originating from a different place. Where it will have a huge impact is on the lives of those folks who need to make and follow through on the decision.
