i have to agree with the recent poster about the the thor cap and iron man books. Personally i think all three books are the strongest creatively both writing and art wise they have been in many years but they defintly feel disconnected from the large marvel universe as a whole. I know your office rarely does it but a THOR/CAP/Uncanny Avengers crossover storyline would be very cool?

See, this is the vexing part. You think these books are all really strong right now, and yet you also would rather see them all interact. There’s nothing wrong with a crossover between titles if the opportunity presents itself, but typically such a crossover has an impact on what’s going on in a book. Or, put another way, those titles possibly and even likely wouldn’t be as good if we did a crossover as you suggest, because their storylines would subordinate to the needs of the crossover, and even afterwards it’d take a little while to ramp up again and build up momentum. I like a connective Marvel Universe, but I don’t feel like I need to be tripping over that connectivity all the time, especially in the solo character titles.
