Hey Tom from my understanding when UA launched was that Rogue was gonna be his character and with the death now I understand why but help me understand then why Brian Wood was green lite to use her? For a few issues? seems very redundant and really wouldn't have taken away from Wood's story If he didn't use her in the first arc and she only had a very very small roll in BOTA , I know Nick Lowe is the X-editor and all this can be blamed on him but your his Boss so why did it get green lite?
Why would I not allow a creator who wanted to use a character license to use that character, especially when doing so wouldn’t impact on anything that anybody else was doing? Trying to be territorial with these things never leads to better comics.
