The new way of numbering makes me remember Argentinian Marvel publisher Ovni Press who number the issues of a series based on the part they contain, but in the inside cover they keep the regular numeration. Which is something like: Avengers #1 (issue 1), Avengers #2 (issue 2), Avengers #3 (issue 3), Avengers #1 (issue 4), Avengers #2 (issue 5).
