Tom, do you consider the Swordsman to be an Avenger? He was only accepted initially because the team was tricked into it by the Mandarin. They almost immediately found out and he was run off. I know he came back and redeemed himself but I don't see any panels where his membership was discussed at that time. I'm leaning against it but I'll accept your decision either way.
