I wonder what would be your recommendation to this dilemma, which is supposed that I have to do when I have a character that I'm a big fan, it is continually ignored or the writer that use her doesn´t have enough knowledge about it and things that we find are totally inconsistent. What do you think I have to do, give up the criticism knowing that what I read and see isn´t good seeing myself to being obliged to accept without any questions or what? Give me your wise opinion, please.
I don’t know, I kind of think you’re setting yourself up for failure either way. You’re not happy when your favorite character doesn’t appear, and you’re not happy when they do appear but do not act within very fine parameters. Hey, you like what you like, nothing wrong with that–but at a certain point I must imagine that all of this agita is taking away from any enjoyment you’d get out of the books and the stories. If all else fails, there are always back issues and fond memories.
