Why Vision, Scarlet Witch, Wasp and Pym did not receive the same treatment as Cap, Thor, Iron Man and more recently that Natasha and Clint? And why the Hulk seems to be more important when it has less equity as avenger than most?

What, you mean in the films? Why did they go with those guys instead of those guys? You’d have to ask the film people. But I expect it’s because the film Avengers are among the best-known and most core characters to that franchise.
