Infinity kinda sidetracked the new universe stuff in the sense that we didn't really get more focus on those characters, is there any chance of more new universe people popping up?
No, there aren’t any plans for more New Universe characters, there never was. Starbrand and Nightmask are all there is, at least for the time being.
