  • You've said that angry fans are better than indifferent fans but don't you feel that's really only a short term thing? Avengers Arena's continually declining sales show that I don't think that's really a maintainable thing. You'll counter with Superior, I'm sure, but Spider-Man is Spider-Man and will always sell. For anything below that A-List level you don't ever worry about fan angering LEADING to fan indifference as they get tired of being jerked around?

    In the history of comics, it hasn’t happened yet. So no, I’m not really worried about it. When the fans stop talking about a character or a title is when it’s time to seriously worry.
