You as an Editor are in the best position to answer this question. Why is Bendis Events or stories always have a good ending but the pacing to the end of the story always really suck , and you hear it a lot in cons and in shops when discussion rise. $4 per book and then it only gets good at the end is what is mostly turning me off when his name is on any event type story. Every Infinity book has been worth the price tag ,We get issue 10 of BOTA this week and nothing has really happened (-$40)
Sounds to me like this is a matter of personal taste. And if what Brian or any other writer is doing doesn’t satisfy you, then you’ve always got the one ultimate option.
