  • Nick lowe said at the Con on Friday when asked about a Young X-men book , and his reply was "it doesn't make business sense" but Business is by numbers and numbers don't lie and when Young X-men got canceled it was doing way better than X-Factor which lived out its run til this year and getting relaunched so I feel as your editor is just a bold face liar and you guys have no proof that the book won't sell because it has better numbers than some current books on the market by Marvel right now

I answered this earlier, but I have to tell you, even though it’s Nick Lowe I take offense to you calling one of my editors a liar like this–especially given that you’re basing that estimation on your own imaginings. You have no sales data! Let me ask you this: if doing a Young X-Men book was as much a sales lock as you seem to think it is, what possibly reason would we have for not doing such a book? We’re in business to make money, we do so by creating stories that you want to read and pay money for. It’s a very simple situation. We’re not here to deprive you of something that you want, that’s not our purpose.
