  • you mostly tell us on here that If we fans want a book we should buy it and support it but why is it that a bunch of us fans want to support a X-men title that doesn't have to deal with the adults at all period! but Nick Lowe says it doesn't make business sense but then Marvel and their editors keep pushing Captain Marvel , Her series was not doing the right numbers so why relaunch it with the exact same Writer. I like Carol just not Ms fraction's so it's very frustrating when Marvel does this

I have to say, I love how every fan in the world thinks that they’re an expert on our numbers. Can we make this agreement, please? Can we assume that probably even Nick Lowe knows more about Marvel’s actual numbers than any of you on the outside? Because that’s absolutely the fact, you have no genuine information whatsoever apart from some rankings, which indicate how well a title sold in relation to other titles in print in the Direct Market domestically only, but gives you no genuine accurate information about our numbers at all. As for CAPTAIN MARVEL, that’s a series and a character that we feel strongly about, so we’re going to continue to do stories about her. Doing so doesn’t make it any more or less likely that we’ll do a YOUNG X-MEN book or whatever other series you might want. The two are unconnected.
