Since you brought it up, do you ever feel like the post-Siege change of making Steve Rogersl "top cop" was a pointless change? It only came up maybe once in the couple years that it was in effect.

I think you may not have been reading the right books if you feel this way. Seems like, much in the manner of Tony and Norman before him, Steve was in a lot of titles doing a lot of things in that role. So no, I don’t think it was a pointless change at all.
