Does Marvel have any ownership of the "Tom Brevoort" character that occasionally appears in its comics and licensed properties? I'm wondering if the company needs to get you to sign off on your appearances in games and comics and how you're depicted, or if that's just a courtesy.
Not so far as I know. If it ever becomes an issue, then we’ll see.
