  • I'm curious about the P&L analysis a new title goes through. Does that mean there's some way of quantifying how much a character is worth? Like if there's a proposed Iceman series, do you somehow attach a dollar value to Iceman? Do you compare him to similar characters that've had series before?

    No, it’s not a question of how much a character is worth, it’s an analysis of how many copies a title is projected to sell, and how expensive it will be to produce, to insure that it can meet the necessary operating margin to contribute to the overall health of the division.
