Very curious, so wanted to see if you knew the answer…

Does Marvel still have the right to use ‘Adamantium’ in the movies, especially considering that the next Avengers flick stars Ultron (the character that adamantium was originally created for back in the day)?

I was disappointed to see Fox shoe-horn in a huge adamantium robot into their latest Wolverine movie, as it clearly steps all over Ultron’s domain in the Marvel Universe …and just prior to Avengers 2. (grr)

As an Ultron fan, I’m hoping we can still have an adamantium Ultron (if Mr. Whedon so chooses to include that aspect of the character) in spite of any competitive studio stances on property rights.

Again, movie rights is not something that I can really get into with you, sorry.
