Captain America is weapon one does that mean he was suppose to stand up against mutants. I'm not saying he does but he is part of the weapons project. Can you give me a little help on this one and explains it a bit? Thanx tom
It’s no more complicated than that the Weapon Plus program grew out of elements of the Super-Soldier project. Weapon Plus doesn’t specifically have anything to do with mutants, at least not at its inception.
