Why aren't enough people aware that Jaspwer Sitwel is already a character in Marvel Cinematic universe, and the star of two shorts "the Consultant" and "Itemm 47"?

Well, sure. But those were both done after the IRON MAN film–so if Coulson had started life as Sitwell (which, as far as I can tell, he didn’t), then you could still have introduced a Sitwell after that point. It doesn’t change the initial discussion, though.
