New Brevoort Formspring

Apologies if you've answered this before, but: What determines which physical books come with a digital copy and which don't? Just curious; putting my books on my iPad makes it much easier to revisit them later without having to dig through longboxes and it's one of my favorite non-story things about Marvel right now.
