Was it ever pitched by anyone in the Age of Ultron meetings that the time traveling Wolverine could help explain how he has had so many appearances throughout Marvel history (ie. appearing on so many teams at the same time, guest appearances, etc.)?
No. That would just make a complicated situation even more complicated. It’d make things worse, not better.
