New Brevoort Formspring

as Italian marvel zombie, I’d like to ask if our publisher (Panini Comics) is considered as a Marvel’s “staff member”: do they know anything is going to happen, yet-unannounced new ongoings/miniseries and future projects? Or do they come to know what they can publish only when solicits are out? 

Panini is an overseas licensee of our comics, so they’re a partner, but not truly a part of the organization. They’ll know some stuff that’s going to happen, of course, just in the natural course of doing business.
