New Brevoort Formspring

Just read the December solicits. 1) Is it confirmed that the Superior Venom is not going to be Flash Thompson? 2) Is there a plan to continue Flash's story as a superhero? I've loved him as Agent Venom and I'd hate to see him go back to just a supporting cast member for Spidey, especially now he doesn't even live in the same city 3) Is the Superior Venom getting his/her own title launched?
