Tom, when you were growing up, was there one of those great Marvel runs on a title that you followed very die hard?
Well, I followed a lot of stuff back in those days, both good and not-so-good. So as a reader, I was around for pretty much all of the Claremont/Byrne X-MEN, and all of the Frank Miller DAREDEVIL, and the Michelinie/Layton IRON MAN. I rather famously quit reading FANTASTIC FOUR for the only time in my life for a year during the John Byrne era. Got to Simonson’s THOR just as it was wrapping up.
