  • So I kinda get the idea of Cap wanting to put Cyclops on trial for Prof X's death, if you kill someone you stand trial for it, makes sense. However he's kinda made to look like a bit of hypocrite by saying this whilst running around with Wanda. Why isn't he keen for her to stand trial for the murders of Hawkeye, Scott Land and the Vision? Their cases are both very similar, given he possession and all. I just think its funny that they're being held to such drastically different standards.

    Well, except for the fact that Hawkeye, Scott Lang and the Vision are all alive. It’s hard to put somebody on trial for murder when the victims of said murder are still ambulatory.
