Killing a female character to give a male character angst (which, as well as torturing/mind wiping/raping a female character, happens a lot more to female characters than it does to male) is classified as fridging. It takes away who the character actually is and turns them into little more than something for the male character to angst over.

I would disagree completely that that’s what was done in CAP #10. Sharon had about as heroic and self-motivated a death as any character could hope for.
