While you obviously aren't allowed to read fan fiction, do you generally support and encourage fans to participating in writing fan fiction or do you think they're wasting their time because your writers can "do it better"?

If fans enjoy doing it, there’s no reason why they shouldn’t, so long as they aren’t violating copyright or trademark laws by selling it or anything.
