  • Who, and what, is ROM? I saw Greg Pak tweet a link about the unfortunate declining health of Bill Mantios (Rocket Raccoon creator -- you know that, obviously) and I saw that he also created "ROM". I've seen a comic very (eerily) recently with Rom, the Micronauts & Nightcrawler I think? What is this guy? Where'd he come from? Is this a *guy* or a universe? I didn't see the Marvel insignia on this comic... I would love to go and explore more of this "ROM", Mantios gave us some great work.

    ROM was a series that Bill Mantlo wrote for Marvel in the late 1970s/first half of the 1980s based on an action figure, in the same manner that MICRONAUTS was.
