Tom, how does a person in your position get to where you are? What was your major in college? Did you do copy editing/managerial editing for a student paper or something? What was your earliest job in Marvel Comics? Did you ever write for comics? Sorry for all the questions! I was going to look at your wiki-page, but I figured I'd rather ask you, in case that stuff is inaccurate. Did you know you have a wiki-page?
I was an illustration major in college, and did a bunch of work on fanzines and the like. Eventually, in my senior year, I did an internship at Marvel, and was hired as an Assistant Editor shortly thereafter. And I’ve written comics, yes, but I don’t know that it’d be worth your while to seek them out.
