So unsolicited submissions are bad. Is there any way to officially submit ideas to Marvel? I've read most get noticed by creator owned work, but I don't have any original character ideas. Thanks for your info!

To get in the door at Marvel, you need to be a published writer, and you need to be invited to pitch by a Marvel editor–so you need to have done work that in some way caught the attention of somebody in a position to give you a shot.
