Is Viper in a similar situation to Quicksilver movie rights wise? She appeared in the Wolverine, even though she has antagonized Wolverine in the comics a lot she is usually more of a Captain America and SHIELD villain, especially because of her HYDRA ties. So could Marvel Studios legally use her as a leader of HYDRA?
