What do you think Marvel's doing differently or better than DC that's leading to so much more success, especially with movies?

In the case of movies, in the broadest sense it’s that we’re doing them ourselves, and that we’ve got people in place who understand the essence of the characters and who respect the source material of the comics, and who are all pulling more-or-less in the same direction. From what I can tell from afar, none of that is really the case at DC/Warner’s.
