A geeky continuity question. In Blood of Apocalypse, En Sabah Nur tried to kill himself but ended before the Celestials who kept him alive and said "It is time Apocalypse, it is time." Next we see him was in the modern day where he was already dead and brought back as a child in UXF. So, what happened to the Apocalypse who went before the Celestials? Still alive? Killed off-panel? Abandoned plotline? What was it time for? Might not be able to answer but thought to ask ;) Hope that's alright.
