re magneto: you've already got the original X-men back in time. Magneto at some point during current All New X-Men tries to send them back and instead ends up stuck at their very first meeting and can't get back and becomes the original Lee/Kirby version of Magneto. Age problem solved for the next few decades. Bingo bongo buddy...
