Would Marvel ever consider using an online poll to help determine what new epic collections or omnibuses might get published? (The sample size and voting rules would cause problems, I'm sure.) Maybe using a poll as a way to determine the publication order of already scheduled books?
It’s always interesting to hear what the vocal online audience has to say about such things, but probably not. The information that we get from our retailers and book buyers is more reflective as to what is actually in demand and what will actually be purchased, especially when combined with our own judgment. So we’re happy to hear from you, we’re just not about to abdicate the decision making process to a poll.
