Hi Tom. I was wondering how you felt regarding the last few events with multiple creators attached. AvX was billed as an AllStar lineup, AU had three artists that sort of fit into the story (would've loved to see Hitch all the way) and now Infinity with 3 artists. I guess the explanation isn't too far away from why monthly series are having quicker rotations but as a Comic Vet, I was curious of your honest reaction. Recent stuff like CW, HoM, SI and FI have a nice consistent look for big stories
I prefer to have a single consistent creative team. But given what we’ve learned about how much more successful Event series are when they ship more often than once a month, there simply aren’t many artists who can work at that speed and still maintain the kind of quality that you’d want. So it’s a necessity–but even at that, I don’t think that anybody is going to be able to complain at all about the art in INFINITY.
