There have been so many liberties taken with characters appearing in the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon. Stuff that is not from 616 or Ultimate comic lines. Some of the changes I like, most I don't. The show itself is very hard for me to decide if I like or not, I've just been taking it in an episode by episode basis as of late. What are your thoughts on these alterations and on the show itself?
I haven’t seen enough of he show to really judge, to be honest, but I don’t have a problem if things need to change in order to work better in another medium. That’s the nature of things. Also, and there’s nothing at all wrong if you enjoy the show, but it’s not really being aimed at guys like you and me–it’s for a younger audience entirely. So I don’t judge it based on my interest level so much as whether I think it’s executed well in what it’s trying to achieve.
